Sewage Going Into Stormwater?

Brad Flutey says, the media are lying, sewage is not going into stormwater at Parliament grounds by the protesters it's going into the proper sewer system because the police have stopped portaloo trucks entering the grounds to empty them. Police are also trying to stop food entering the grounds as well. Sounds like an age old military encyclement trick.
